继2004年林肯公园（Linkin Park）与嘻哈教父Jay-Z合作Collision Course专辑大获成功后,来自纽约布鲁克林区的说唱嘻哈乐界最成功的超级巨星巴斯达韵（Busta Rhymes）这次也邀请了摇滚天团Linkin Park一起合作。巴斯达曾和许多嘻哈以及R&&B歌手合作过，但他很少和摇滚团体同台演出，为了跨出新的一步，巴斯达韵和知名摇滚团体林肯公园合作了一首新歌《We Made It》，这首歌讲的是一个努力要从街头跻身到上层社会的平凡人的故事，合作的成果正如歌名所示，让双方都很满意。也相当符合Linkin Park给乐迷一贯的正面向上的印象.

说到录制这首歌的过程，林肯公园团员Mike说，「歌曲中我们负责的部分大多是2007年在台北的演唱会前抽空在一间录音室里完成的，当时巴斯达在地球另一端的纽约和洛杉矶录制他的部分」。巴斯达韵也和林肯公园也一起为《We Made It》拍摄了音乐录影带。

在80、90的青春回忆里，摇滚或许不仅是一无所有的愤怒与反抗，它还可以温柔。在上一个十年，林肯公园创造了那个看似重金属却温柔激荡的摇滚时代，《In The End》、《Burn It Down》、《Numb》、《New pide》……这些耳熟能详的歌名能瞬间唤醒沉睡多年的听觉细胞，然而随着主唱查斯特·贝宁顿在2017年去世，林肯公园或许温柔难再。

查斯特的突然离世对于乐队的其他成员都带去了沉重打击，一年的悲痛与沉寂，主唱麦克·信田在创伤后回归，发布新专辑《Post Traumatic》，并在今夏来到中国巡演。8月16日，麦克·信田将来到成都，带来他对于生死的困惑、哀悼、怜悯与自我思考。而在此之前，麦克·信田接受了华西都市报、封面新闻的访，讲述了他的音乐、专辑、中国巡演以及对成都的印象。

用悲伤堆积的新专辑，并不表达悲伤本身

2017年7月20日，乐队主唱，信田的好搭档查斯特·贝宁顿被发现在家自缢身亡。此后，信田接受了大量媒体访，一遍遍讲述悲伤和走出悲伤的过程，他曾坦言完全可以拒绝访，但是他也想借此“厘清心中所想，治愈内心”。

于是他开始在悲痛中写歌，自己拍摄和剪辑音乐录影带，为第一张个人专辑画插画做视觉设计。去年10月，乐队的剩余成员在好莱坞露天剧场办了一场纪念演出，这是查斯特去世后乐队的首场也是迄今唯一一场演出。在演出间隙，信田创作了《Over Again》，纪念这场演出，也同时纪念逝去好友。这支歌曲的创作仅仅耗时两天，在访中信田提到，在演唱会当天他就迅速写出了第一段，第二天写好第二段并完成录制。

“这样的事我从未做过，把痛苦和心理活动毫无保留地写进歌里。”

显然，这是一张以悲伤开始的专辑，16首歌曲中包含了对死亡的思考、对挚友的悼念以及生命的困惑。然而信田却说，“这是一个走出悲伤和黑暗的旅程，而不是关于悲伤和黑暗本身。”

用音乐创作“写日记”，记录瞬间感受

将自己的苦痛付诸于创作，那一刻的感想是如何的真切，我们将在信田的新歌中真实感受。如同《Over Again》，新专辑中所有的歌曲都在一到两天内创作完成，信田坦言他想将每一个瞬间都记录下来。

于他而言，全新起航的新专就像一本日记，或是一本自传，记录了去年发生的所有事。

“每个瞬间，我都感觉道非常不同，所以在制作专辑的时候，我尝试在一天或两天就完成一首歌。”

这和林肯公园时期的创作是完全不一样的，信田回忆，在做乐队音乐的时候，经常写一点然后两三天之后在写，慢慢加东西，一首作品完成往往需要几周时间。

新的尝试，在于周遭变化的突然与巨变，“去年的生活节奏太快，变换太多。我想每一首歌都有它代表的那个瞬间。”麦克如是说。

四川火锅？“我要在四川吃正宗的！”

作为美日混血的麦克·信田在歌手之余，还是一位美食家。他曾在访中透露，自己经常在家烹饪，而且对原材料的要求也近乎苛刻，每次到日本都要“囤货”，带一堆原产酱料回家。

来到四川，对火锅自然是不能错过。信田表示他在美国吃过火锅，但从没在四川吃过。信田表示，吃东西一定要去原产地吃，这样才是正宗的。

而提起成都，信田也不出意外地说起了熊猫，“酷毙了！”
